Before establishing HRBM, he had worked for KPMG for 16 years.  For the first 6 years at
KPMG, he had engaged in accounting, payroll, corporate tax/ individual tax return, and then
for the last 10 years, he had worked with a focus on the HR related services, especially for
payroll and social security systems.  He had developed various tailor-made payroll services,
and engaged in 200 client companies or more as the head of HR service group of KPMG.
