with respective administrative offices on your behalf. These procedures are rather
complicated, and that such complicated tasks shall be left to HRBM HR Business outsourcing
and concentrate on making the business profitable.

（２） Timely response to law revisions!

Recently, there are so many revisions to social and labor insurance regulations to change
the procedures each time and to make them technical. By using an outside expert, you can
respond timely to changes in procedures according to law revisions.

（３） Direct communication with employees on the procedures!

We will directly correspond to your employees on various social insurance procedures on your behalf to receive inquiries, to provide consultation, and to send required documents, etc. You can have a stable and reliable administrative system unaffected by personnel change in HR.

• 40% discount will be applied when used concurrently with the payroll service.
• For the preparation of the report on the annual revision of standard remuneration and annual renewal of labor insurance, the amount equivalent to the monthly fee will be charged for each service.
• 5% will be added to the above as the fees on postage, transportation,
  printing papers...etc.
• The Japanese consumption tax  will be added separately.
• The above fees are just for your reference, and we will submit our final proposal after
  hearing your company's  requests and information.
